Returns and Exchange Policy


Returns
Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swing ticket attached. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

NOTE: Please be advised that Gift Vouchers are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • Returns that meet our policy refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. 
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, however the return fee is complimentary and subsequent returns will be charged at standard courier rates.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
It is important to us that you are satisfied with our purchase and we are committed to providing you with the best fit. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer an exchange within 30 calendar days from delivery for national orders. The first exchange is complimentary and subsequent exchanges will be charged at standard courier rates.

The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swing ticket attached. To request an exchange, please complete our exchange form below or contact us at info@millyandjo.co.za and one of our team members will be in touch shortly.

We will handle the logistics of your exchange and more details on this can be found under the shipping section below.

Once your returned item(s) have been received by us, your desired item(s) will be delivered to your address again at no charge for the first exchange. Exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or a defective product, please email us at info@millyandjo.co.za with your order number and a photo of the garment. We will take care of it for you.

Shipping 
The first exchange/return is complimentary, and any subsequent exchanges will be charged at standard courier rates.

We will handle logistics of your exchange/return and will arrange collection from your door or shipment from your closest PostNet office, dependent on your location and shipment services available.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
